É preciso desviarmo-nos um pouco para o lado e deixar este set mandar. Dettmann apura os seus créditos, traz influências e muito do seu cunho pessoal através de edits e remisturas próprias para clássicos e não-tão-clássicos que escolheu para este “DJ-Kicks”. Perfeito exemplo de como esta série é ainda capaz de surpreender e de representar a liberdade que é suposto entregar aos DJs na selecção de música. Techno, house, electro e ebm misturados com arte, numa sequência absolutamente contagiante de imersão num lado mais sombrio mas não menos exuberante da música de dança. Ninguém se lembraria de Das Kombinat, talvez não de Clarence (James Stinson) ou de ir buscar uma malha de Violence FM aos confins da Mathematics. Soberbo.
